Hi, I’m from bangladesh. I have a daughter. She is nine months old. She can stand up by the the help of another. But sometimes she can't stand up because she can't put full pressure on right leg. She can move leg normally. I also share that she is clept palate. In this situation what can I do and what is her problem.

It's difficult to know the exact problem. Children do not usually start walking until 9 months to 15 months of age. It may be normal, but it could also be an issue with her hip or knee. I would recommend being evaluated by her primary care doctor or pediatrician.
