Hi... My daughter is 3 years old. She had left hip septic arthritis when she was one month old. She was operated and did debridement for that. Then she underwent closed reduction with cast at 4th month and 9th month. But it didn't work for her hip dysplasia.. Now she still has hip subluxation. We are putting abduction brace night time. Is it good to go for surgery soon or wait and watch.

I don’t think abduction bracing has a role in treatment for your daughter’s continued hip subluxation. Likely a femoral shortening with a derotational varus osteotomy and acetabular osteotomy is needed.
 Good luck
