Question:

Is surgery the only procedure to correct children's developmental hip dysplasia?

- Vicky-New York (Parent)

Answer:

Surgery is not the only option to treat hip dysplasia, but is often required to treat it. Treatment is dependent on the patients age mostly, but also on the type of dysplasia. The older the child, the more likely treatment may require surgery.
