My 3.5 year old daughter has been diagnosed with left hemiplegia. It is quite minimal in effect, mainly causing the left leg muscles to be stiff. Her doctor has advised Botulinum Toxin injections followed by a cast on the leg. Your opinion over this would really help us.

It is very difficult to give an opinion without taking a thorough history and doing an exam on the patient. However, this seems very reasonable for what you describe is going on with your daughter.
